摘要
医院信息系统(HIS)是数字化医院的象征,电子病历(EMR)则是医院信息系统的重要组成部分之一。现介绍电子病历的基本概念和特征,以及与医院现有的信息系统的关系,同时总结电子病历的优点和目前面临的主要问题并对其发展提出几点思考。
Hospital Information System （HIS） is the symbol of digital hospital, not least Electronic Medical Record （EMR） as one of the important components contributes to this system. The paper introduces the basic concepts and features of EMR as well as the rela- tionship between EMR and HIS, in the meanwhile, summarizes the advantages and the current problems, at last proposes valuable ideas on EMR development.
