摘要
自2001年新课程改革以来,中小学教材使用出现了许多新的变化,其内容及体系编排也存在一些问题,价值取向倾向于城市而不适合农村学校的教学,对教师的要求过高导致农村师资跟不上。对此,应采取以下对策:改进教材的编写内容与体系,注重其权威性、稳定性、系统性、针对性与层次性;加强教师培训的针对性,熟悉并掌握新教材;加大对学校的经费投入,为校本教材的开发提供足够的硬件设施与经费保障,从而使新教材更好地服务于广大教师和学生,服务于教学,促进学生素质的全面发展。
Since new curriculum reform in 2001, the apphcation of the teaching materials in primary and middle school has changed. Its arrangement of the content and the system also has some shortcomings.The value orientation is favor in the city and not suitable for rural schools. And the excessive demands led rural faculty not to keep up. In this regard, the following countermeasures should be taken: to improve the content of the materials and systems, pay attention to its authority, stability, systematic, targeted and the level;to strengthen teacher traitting more relevant and help teachers know and master the new materials ; increase the founds for the school and provide adequate founding for hardware and infrastrcture protection. Consequentially, the new materials will serve the broad masses of teachers and students better, and serve the teaching, promoting the quality of the all- round development of students.
