摘要
英语教育相关研究表明,英语教师教学行为是教学观念在实践中的具体表现,即教学观念对教学行为有一定的影响和约束作用。文章采用调查法,研究了某地区45名中学英语教师在新课程改革环境下的现有教学观念和教学行为的特征,并采用相关性研究探索了两者的关系,调查结果表明:1)研究对象对新课程标准倡导的以学生为中心的语言观、教学观、教学策略认知、改革观、学生观、师生关系认知等6个方面均有较高的认同度;2)研究对象课堂教学行为中的语言中心教学行为在课堂教学中占主导地位,而以学习者为中心的教学行为使用较少;3)教师的观念(整体)与教学行为之间无显著的相关性。
The previous studies have demonstrated English teachers' teaching behaviors are the practical reflections of teachers' concept. The study, applying investigation inventory ,conducts a research to explore the respective features and the correlations between teachers' behaviors and concept. Tiffs research has found: 1)the teachers' concept including beliefs on language, teaching, teaching strategies, reformation, students, and the teacher- students relations, have a strong homogeneity with the notions promoted in New Curriculum Standards;2) teachers have explicitly displayed more knowledge- oriented than learners- oriented teaching behaviors;3 )there is no such significant correlation between teachers' concept and their behaviors.
