加强高职物流管理专业实践教学

The Reinforcement of the Practical Teaching in Logistics Management of Higher Vocational Technical Colleges

高技能应用型物流人才,既要熟悉物流管理技术,又要掌握供应链流程,因此实践教学在高职教育中具有不一般的意义。当前高职物流管理专业实践教学在实践教学模式、实践教学基地、实践教学师资、实践教学方法等方面存在问题。文章针对存在的问题提出相应对策:重构教学计划,优化课程结构;深化实践教学内容改革,以实践教学为主线,形成内外结合、校企结合、工学结合的实践教学内容体系;加大专业教材建设力度;丰富校内实训室建设内容,创新校外实训基地建设途径;建设双师型教师队伍;设置合适的实践教学环境,提倡项目教学法;以校内实训室和校外实训基地作为职业技能的主要训练平台,构建实践教学保障体系;建立多种形式相结合的技能考核制度。

High-Skilled applied logistics talents must be not only familiar with the technology of logistics management,but also understand well about the process of supplying chains. So the practical teaching is very important in vocational education.Now there are some problems with the practical teaching in the major of Vocational Logistics Management in respect of the model, the base, the teachers and the methods of the practical teaching and so on. Some ways to solve the problems has been offered. The teaching plan would be re - constructed, and curriculums would be optimized; The reform of the practical teaching contents would be deepened： The practical teaching should be treated as the main line,and the outside and the inside,the school and the enterprises,the practice and the study should be combined;the textbooks should be improved;The activity of the training room in the school should be enriched, and the new training bases outside the school should be created;A team of biteachers should be built;The proper environment of the practical teaching should be created,and the project approach should be promoted;The training room in the school and the training base outside of the school could become the main places to improve the vocational skills, so the practical teaching should be ensured; Various skills assessment systems should be established.
