摘要
针对中小造船企业人力资源受限的情况,本文在指出该类企业组织模式存在问题的基础上引入项目管理矩阵组织模式,并提出应用精简的项目管理矩阵组织模式来增强和提高该类企业的应变能力和竞争力。最后对应用该模式的注意事项也进行了讨论。
In light of human resource-constrained conditions in small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises (SMSE), this article introduce matrix organization mode of project management based on pointing out such organizations model problems. And simplified matrix organization mode and put it in use to improve competitiveness and strengthen the ability to cope with change for the small and medium- sized shipbuilding enterprises. Finally, the attention of using the model is also discussed.
