新型抗复合盐钻井液的室内评价与应用

摘要 钻井过程中经常钻遇盐膏层、盐水层,导致钻井液滤失量突增、粘切升高甚至失去流动性,性能难以控制,而且极易导致井壁垮塌,发生划眼、卡钻等复杂和事故;另外,施工中也常常遇到无淡水源的困难,由于水的矿化度高而导致钻井液性能难以调整。我们通过试验,优选出了一种新型的钻井液用抗复合盐降滤失剂LL—JLS,并对其配伍性、加量及抗污染能力等进行了研究,形成了以LL—JLS为主处理剂的新型抗复合盐钻井液体系,通过现场的应用取得了较好的效果。 During drilling operation drilling fluid is usually contaminated by gypsum, salt water formation, and it will result in drilling fluid loss increasing, viscosity-gel raising, even fluid losing fluidity, losing control of property, and it will easily bring on bore hole sloughing, frequently reaming, drilling string stuck etc. In addition in the period of drilling performance it is difficulty that generally there is no fresh water available, high salinity easily makes trouble to drilling fluid property. After laboratory test, we selected one kind of new multiple salt water resisting agent: LL-JLS. Researched LL-JLS compatibility, formulation and anti-contaminating ability, finally built one kind of new multi-salt water resisting drilling fluid system with main LL-JLS agent, this kind of system was'applied in drilling performance and got success.
