摘要 数控加工分为手工编程和自动编程两种,自动编程是应用CAM/CAM软件自动生成程序,里面几乎都是直线的简单指令组合,虽然数据相当准确,但是非常繁琐,根本没有办法读懂,也就更不能够修改。宏程序是手工编程的高级形式,利用变量编程,对于中等难度的零件,使用宏程序进行编程加工要比自动编程加工快得多,程序也比自动编程的程序简短得多,易懂能修改。在介绍曲面加工的宏程序文章中,由于数学表达式和运动描述比较困难,一般只给出曲面的精加工宏程序,极少给出去除材料的粗加工,给初学者带来很多不便,很多困惑。 CNC Machining manual is divided into two kinds of programming and automatic programming, automatic programming is the application of CAM / CAM software automatically generate procedures, which are almost all linear combinations of simple commands, although data are reasonably accurate, but is very cumbersome, there is no way to read, it can not modify. Macro programs are the advanced form of manual programming, use of variable programming, parts for medium difficulty, the use of macro programming procedures and processing much faster than the auto- matic programming processing, automatic programming process than the process much shorter, understandable to modify. Surface processing in the introduction of macro programs in the article, because of mathematical expression and the exercise more difficult to describe, in general only give surface finishing macro programs, give very little to remove the rough material to bring a lot of inconvenience for beginners, many confused.
