摘要
建设生态文明,必须全面把握生态文明的丰富涵义及其基本特征。生态文明建设既是一项综合的、复杂的系统工程,又是一项事关全局和长远的战略任务。建设社会主义生态文明是庞大而复杂的系统工程,需要众多社会条件。
Building ecological civilization, we must comprehensively grasp the meaning of the rieh ecologieal civilization and its basic characteristics. Eeological civilization construction is a comprehensive, complex project, but it is also a matter bearing on the overall situation and long-term strategic task. Ecological building a socialist civilization is a large and complex project, which calls for numerous soeial conditions.
