党内民主建设是党的建设的一项重要工作,发展党内民主关系到党发展的全局。作为培养高素质人才的高校,加强党内民主建设,有助于加强高校党的建设,从而促进高等教育的改革与发展。本文分析了高校党内民主建设的重要性,提出了高校党内民主建设的主要内容和目标,对如何推进高校党内民主建设的基本思路进行了探讨。

The construction of democracy within the Communist .Party of China （CPC） is an important task of the construction of the CPC, and the development of democracy within CPC concerns the development of the whole CPC. To enhance democracy-construction within CPC is helpful to strengthen the construction of CPC in the colleges where highquality personnel is trained, so as to promote the reform and development of higher education. This paper emphasizes the the importance of the construction of democracy in the CPC, and puts forward the main contents and aims of the construction of democracy within CPC, and discusses the basic approaches and ways of how to promote the construction of democracy within CPC.
