摘要
以人为本作为科学发展观的核心,是当今我国经济、政治、文化、社会建设重要的指导方针。在当今我国法治建设进程中,坚持以人为本理念是我国法治发展的必然要求,以人为本理念近些年来也在我国法治建设中越来越得以彰显。
People-orientation, the core of the Scientific Outlook on Development, is vital guidelines in the construction of economy, politics, culture and society of China. During the process of constructing law, adhering to the concept of people oriented, which has been manifested during this process, is extremely necessary for the law development in China.
