结合我院进行的教育教学大讨论，以我院土木工程专业为例，就如何在本科阶段培养学生的工程意识及实践能力应采取的改革措施进行了实践。实践表明：明确培养目标、改革课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、构建工程意识和实践能力培养的平台、加强教师理论联系实际能力是培养学生工程意识和实践能力的重要举措。

Unifies education teaching big discussion which my courtyard carries on, take my courtyard civil engineering specialty as the example, how raised the reform measure in the undergraduate course stage which student＇s project consciousness and practice ability should adopt to carry on the practice. The practice indicated that,is clear about the raise goal, the reform curriculum system, the course content, the teaching method, construction project consciousness and the practice ability raise platform, strengthens the teacher apply theory to reality ability is raises the student project consciousness and the practice ability important action.
