高职高专学生人格特征的比较与分析

Comparison and Analysis of Students＇ Personality Traits in Higher Vocational College

目的：调查高职高专学生的人格特征状况，与本科学生比较，进一步研究有针对性的心理健康教育对策。方法：使用中国大学生人格量表（CCSPS）对某高职高专学生482人进行调查。结果：高职高专在活跃、随和、爽直、重情T分均值高于本科常模，坚韧、严谨T分均值低于本科常模。利他T分均值与本科常模一致。结论：高职高专学生人格有其特征，可根据其人格特征发挥其特长重点培养积极的人格品质，针对其人格特征消极部分制定有效的心理健康教育对策。

Aim To investigate the characteristics of higher vocational students＇ personalities,the educational countermeasures of mental health are further studied by comparisom with the undergraduate students. Methods 482 higher vocational students are investigated by Chinese college students＇ personality questionnaire （CCSPS）. Results Vocational students＇ T points in activity, easy-- going,honesty, heavy sentiment are higher than that in undergraduate norms and lower in tenacity and preciseness, the altruism T points agree with undergraduate norm. Conclusion Vocational students have special personality characteristics,according to them, the positive personality quality are paid much attention to cultivating and the effective educational countermeasures of mental health should be made to overcome the negative parts.
