摘要
在现代企业中,人才成为企业发展最为重要的因素,而企业能否成功地留住人才,充分发挥人才应有的作用,是企业管理工作的一个重要部分。因此,建立和实施激励措施,激发、调动组织成员工作积极性,激活人力资源,使员工的边际努力最大化,成为企业是否可以持续发展和赢得竞争的关键。本文针对中小企业员工激励措施的制定,分别从“以人为本、以资本为本、以知识为本”三个方面,探讨建立合理有效的中小企业员工激励措施的方法。
In the modern enterprise, the talented person becomes the enterprise to develop the most important factor, but whether does the enterprise detain the talented person successfully, fully plays the role which the talented person should have,is a business management work important part. Therefore, establishes and implements the drive measure, the stimulation, the reassignment organizes the member to work the enthusiasm, the activation human resources, causes staff's marginal effort to maximize, becomes the enterprise'whether can develop and win the competition continually the key. This article in view of the small and medium--sized enterprise staff drove the measure the formulation, separately from "humanist, take the capital as this, take the knowledge as this" three aspects, the discussion establishment reasonable effective small and medium--sized enterprise staff drives the measure the method.
