当代大学生正处在经济、政治体制深刻变革时期，伴随着传统文化与现代文化的撞击，再加上大学生独特的身心特点，当代大学生的价值取向的发生了巨大的变化。其中有积极的变化，同时也有消极的变化。通过分析这种价值取向变化的根源，认为对这些内容的理论分析与解决策略的尝试将有助于高等教育的思想教育和对大学生的管理。

As the high education develop quickly in contemporary China, the values of university students become outstanding actuality problem, plural socity , the university students mental character and other facters cause their value conflicted and adapted study hardly. It is shaped and shown through people＇s social behaviors. We can safely state that it is a system of believes that undergraduate utilize to verify the meaning of their own existence and the reasonability of their value orientation.
