摘要
在该低温环境室制冷系统设计中采用了仿真模拟试验技术,提出了新的高压除湿、余热再生、正升压式空气制冷工艺流程方案,充分利用系统的余功、余热和自然冷源,使系统投资减少约30%,综合运行能耗和运行费用减少50%以上。实际运行结果表明该系统各项性能指标均达到设计要求。
Introduces computer simulation technology into the refrigeration system design. Puts forward a novel air refrigeration flow scheme with high pressure dehumidification, surplus heat regeneration and positive pressurizing construction, decreasing the first costs of the system by about 30% and the total energy consumption and operation costs by over 50% by making full use of the surplus power, surplus heat and free cooling. The operation data show that all performance indexes of the system can satisfy the design demands.
