摘要
人才是各个企业竞争的焦点,是企业发展壮大的关键因素。目前国有企业在留用人才方面仍存在一些问题。针对问题提出的对策有助于国有企业达到留住人才的目的。
The talent is the focus of every enterprise competitiveness,which is the key factors for tnterprise to develop strongly.But now,state owned enterprises have many problems in retaining the talent.Policys which proposed in view of these questions,can help the enterprise to retain talents.
