Several Suggestions About Increasing the Citing Rate of Published Papers

高校是学术论文的重要生产基地，如何在保持论文数量的基础上提高论文的质量和引用率，已成为科研管理工作急需解决的问题。本文通过对目前论文管理中存在的误区进行分析，提出加强学科建设和科研平台建设，提高科研水平，完善奖励机制、加强项目的结题管理和加强知识管理等措施来提高论文引用率。

Colleges and universities are an important productive base of academic papers. How to maintain the quantity of papers on the basis of improving the quality of the papers and citing rate, has become a research management problems requiring urgent solutions. Based on analyzing the misunderstanding of current papers management, several suggestions are mentioned here to improve the paper citing rate, such as to strengthen interdisciplinary research platform, raising the level of scientific research, improve the incentive mechanism, strengthen finished project management and knowledge management.
