摘要
提出了一种新的基于隔离变压器的移相全桥零电压开关(ZVS)变频器:这种脉宽调制式;(PWM)变频器的所有开关在很宽的输入电压范围和输出负载范围内都能实现ZVS而负载周期损耗和环流最小。采用一个变压器和一个电感来实现主开关的ZVS,变压器被用来实现输出隔离,而电感则被用于存储所需的能量;两个桥臂之间相位移发生变化时变压器和电感的感应电压以相反的方向变化。此变频器的性能由一个试验原型电路得到证实。
This paper proposes a novel phase shift full-bridge ZVS converter based on isolated transformers. The feature of the converter is that ZVS of both bridge legs switches can be achieved over a wide range of input voltage and output load with minimal duty cycle loss and circulating current. One transformer and one inductor are used for implementation of ZVS of main switches. The transformer is used for output isolate, and the inductor is used to store energy for ZVS. The volt-second products in these components change in the opposite direction with a change of phase shift between the two bridge legs. The performance of the proposed circuits is verified by a experimental prototype.
