微观层次的学科,是一种知识生产、共享、传播、创新的重要知识型组织,在学科组织中导入知识管理,能够促进知识交流与共享、推动组织创新能力。在阐述学科组织的知识管理内涵、分析学科组织知识管理现状的基础上,提出了一系列适应于学科组织的知识管理策略,旨在推动学科中个人与组织的双重知识创新。
