浅析我国高职院校科研工作现状问题

Description the Status and Problems of the Higher Vocational Colleges＇s Scientific Research in China

科学研究是高等教育的三大职能之一。本文通过对我国高职学院科研工作的现状阐述，找出高职院校科研工作发展缓慢的原因。建议高职学院从自身意识、机构设置、管理规范、教师培养等方面将科研工作落到实处，促进高职院校自身的发展。

Scientific research is one of the three major functions of the higher education. Through description the status of the Higher Institute of Scientific Research in China, this article finds the reasons of the slow development of the scientific research in the higher vocational colleges. The article advices that the higher vocational colleges should do better in scientific research to promote its own development , which includes the sense, the institutional arrangements, the rules and regulations, the teachers＇ training and so on.
