摘要
在导致返航备降的各类原因中,天气因素占首位。在边缘天气下运行航班,本身就存在巨大安全隐患。同时,航班返航备降还给航空公司带来一定的经济损失,降低其运行效率,损害品牌声誉。结合运行控制和签派放行的实际,针对不同的天气情况,应密切与气象等部门的联系,坚持边缘天气条件下的放行标准及科学决策,加强与飞行机组的沟通,把握放行时机,采取有效措施,最大限度地减少航班返航备降的概率。
The weather factors take occupation of the top in the list of alternating and returning flight reasons. There is huge security hidden risk, provided operate flight in the weather conditions almost lack of standard. Meanwhile, alternating and returning should bring certain economic losses to the airlines, i. e reduce its operating efficiency, and damage brand reputation. According to controlling and running practice, and taking into account different weather conditions, we should closely connect with the meteorological departments, and insist on releasing weather standard and scientifically making decision, and strengthen communication with the flight crew, and grasp the opportunity of release, to minimize the probability of alternating and returning flight.
