广东省高职院校贫困生救助体系建构研究

Research on Aid System Construction of Polytechnic Students

长期以来,广东高职院校贫困生救助工作主要体现在"奖、贷、助、补、减"等经济层面,但贫困生面临的不仅仅是经济贫困,由经济贫困而导致的心理疾患、学业障碍、就业困境和环境压力等问题也日益凸显。因此,本文以此为切入点,突破单纯经济资助的范畴,以期建立体现以人为本、促进发展等救助理念的更加全面和人性化的救助体系,为促进高职贫困生全面和谐发展提出可供参考的建议。

For a long time, the strategies of helping poor students of polytechnics in Guangdong put focus on scholarships, credits, stipend,allowance and reduction of tuition. But many problems as psychological disease, learning disorder,unemployment and environmental pressure ,which derived from family poverty, have become the main factors in preventing students from progressing in all aspects. This article focuses on make a break at a scope of simply economic assistance , how to set up a more comprehensive and human--oriented total assitance system,and offer valuable suggestions to accelerate the social harmony as well as the overall development of the students from poor families.
