摘要 通过对4所高校图书馆读者的问卷调查发现,对读者信息的开发将会受到读者支持,大部分读者愿意为图书馆提供自己所拥有的知识。问卷分析结论表明,在书目查询时开展查询导读服务深受读者喜爱,开展图书代购服务将极大地吸引读者,馆员在读者选书困难时给予帮助受到欢迎,读者更趋向于认为图书馆员具有渊博知识。 In this paper the author hopes to find some guideline in reader knowledge management for library based on survey in several universities. Through the questionaire analysis, the author gets the result that the reader knowledge management is absolutely feasible to the reader and supportable by the reader. The paper also analyzes the key factors in reader knowledge management with demonstration. There are four factors that can strengthen the reader knowledge management. First, reader will like to scan if they are searching books through computer. Second, they will like the library if she can book the rare sale book for readers. Third, most readers think librarian will guide the reader if they have difficulty in the selection of books. Last, most readers think the librarian must have profound knowledge.
