壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗骨转移癌痛临床研究

Clinical Effect for the Pain Relief of Metastatic Tumor of Bone by Taking ZHUANGGUZHITONG Capsul

目的观察壮骨镇痛胶囊联合西药治疗骨转移性癌痛的临床疗效。方法将患者82例随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组均采用WHO推荐的三阶梯止痛药物治疗，治疗组加用壮骨镇痛胶囊。结果治疗组总有效率及疼痛完全缓解率均高于对照组，止痛持续时间长于对照组，而不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论壮骨镇痛胶囊与西药联合应用能加强其止痛效果，并减轻副作用。

Purpose To observe the effect of combinding ZHUANGGUZHENTONG Capsul with painkillers for Metastatic Tumor of Bone. Method 82 patients were devided into 2 groups in random. Both groups were taken painkillers according to the suggestion of WHO and plus ZHUANGGUZHENTONG Capsul in observation group. Result The total effective rate in observation group was higher than in control group. There were less of side effect and the intervals last longer time in observation group. Conclusion It was suggested that combinding ZHUANGGUZHENTONG Capsul with painkillers would help the patients suffering from Metastatic Tumor of Bone better releaf and less in side effect.
