摘要
目的建立毛冬青颗粒中腺苷的高效液相测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。KromasilC-18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.5).甲醇(17:3)为流动相,柱温为室温,流速为1ml·min^-1,检测波长为260nm。结果腺苷在0.18μg~0.90μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=1.28%)。结论该测定方法精密度高,重现性好,可用于毛冬青颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination of Ribosidoadenine in Maodongqing Keli. Methods The determination was carded out by HPLC with a KromasilC-18 ( 150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) column, Phosphate buffered solution: Methanol (17:3) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 260nm. Results Ribosidoadenine showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.18μg-0.90μg(r=0.9997, n=5), The average recovery of Ribosidoadenine was 98.5%(RSD= 1.28%). Conclusion The method is insensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Maodongqing Keli.
