摘要
超细纤度茧丝可用于生产高档丝绸产品和特殊用途丝制品。将三眠蚕品种按常规的饲养方法饲养至2龄起蚕或3龄起蚕后添食不同浓度的抗保幼激素SM-Ⅰ,结果将三眠蚕品种的2龄起蚕或3龄起蚕全部诱导成为二眠蚕。二眠蚕的蚕茧可以缫制出平均纤度为0.7~0.9 dtex的极细蚕丝,最细纤度可达到0.4 dtex,蚕丝的横截面直径小于10μm。初步试验表明,用800 mg/L SM-Ⅰ的给药浓度连续添食2 d为最佳诱导二眠蚕的方法,其诱导率可达100%。
In present study, trimolter silkworm larvae were induced into bimolters by applying SM-1, an anti-juvenile hormone (AJH), onto mulberry leaves used to feed the 2nd instar or 3^rd instar newly exuviated larvae which have undergone regular rearing up to AJH treatment. The obtained bimolter larvae could spin cocoons of which the finest filament had a size of only 0.4 dtex, with an average size of 0. 7 -0.9 dtex. The diameter of this ultrafine silk filament was less than 10 micrometer. A preliminary test showed that consecutive treatment with 800 mg/L AJH for 2 days had the best induction effect. Under this treatment, all trimolter larvae could be induced into bimolters. With this method, the larval duration can be shortened effectively and can thus promote productivity of silkworm rearing. In the meantime, the risk of disease infection can be lessened than usual.
