摘要
设计合成了三种5-氯水杨醛的缩氨基硫脲衍生物,经元素分析、红外光谱确证了其结构,并对化合物的抑菌活性进行了测试。
In this paper, three 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone derivatives were synthesized and characterized by elementary analysis and infrared spectra. The antibacterial activities of the compounds have been tested against seven kinds of bacteria. The results showed that the compounds possess different inhibitive effects.
