0引言
铁罗坪特大桥主梁顶面距离承台顶面110.587m,主梁的现浇段支架和挂篮拼装等作业均受制于复杂的地形、狭小的施工场地,而且国内外可借鉴的山区斜拉桥施工经验也不多。经过创新研究,现浇段所采用的墩旁托架和反支点预压施工新技术将以前零散的施工方法进行详细的施工设计改进后,以系统成套的施工技术来满足高空大吨位现浇段施工需求,尤其是反支点预压新技术可以广泛应用于各种大吨位的支架预压、托架预压和挂篮预压等施工作业。
The cast-in-situ section construction progress of cablestayed bridge named Tieluoping is studied to know how to carry out the construction in the place 110 meters high above the ground and find out an innovative method.The new way,which makes the best use of the materials and uses steel strand for the stent preloading, saves about 2 million RMB on the cost,which provides reference for construction of bridges of the same kind.
