摘要
在钢箱梁除湿系统配合使用的条件下,设计了一套铺装层降温系统来解决夏季高温天气铺装层热稳定性不足的问题,并采用数值模拟软件对降温系统安装前后铺装层温度场进行了数值计算分析。结果表明,铺装层表面、黏结层、铺装底面温度变化规律基本相似,采用铺装层降温系统不仅可以适当降低铺装表面温度,而且能够有效解决黏结层和铺装底层温度过高的问题。
Combined with dehumidifying system of the steel box, a set of cooling system of pavement is designed to solve the thermostablity distresses of bridge deck pavement in hot summer. Temperature field of pavement is calculated with numerical analysis by numerical simulation software. The results show that the change regularity of temperature from the pavement surface, bond coat and pavement bottom are the same, cooling systems of pavement can not only depress the temperature of the pavement surface, but also resolve the problem of the excessive high temperature of bond coat and pavement.
