摘要
以西安地铁2号线主体结构防水混凝土的施工为例,对地铁主体工程防水混凝土裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,提出了从混凝土主要材料的质量控制、胶凝材料及水胶比的确定、混凝土的配置与施工要求等几个方面进行综合防治的方法,以解决混凝土结构的裂缝问题,保证混凝土结构的使用寿命。
Taking the construction of water-proof concrete on main structure of line 2 of Xi' an subway as an example, reasons for the appearance of cracks on water-proof concrete are analyzed. Integrative preventative approaches are presented in aspects including the quality control of major materials of concrete, determination of cementitious materials and water-binder ratio, as well as the configuration of concrete and construction requirement, so as to solve the problem of cracks and make sure of the service life of concrete structure.
