摘要
建立无槽永磁直线同步电动机分层解析模型。由于电机等效气隙较长,漏磁较大,采用磁化电流法等效永磁体电流密度,电枢电流按实际情况考虑。以矢量磁位作为求解变量得到励磁磁场和电枢反应磁场的二维解,在此基础上分析电机的气隙磁密、电磁推力、自感和互感等静态参数。用有限元法验证解析结果;两种方法所得结果吻合较好,表明该解析法行之有效。
Presented static-characteristics analysis of slotless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). Divided layers model of slotless PMLSM was built. Due to larger equivalent air-gap and flux leakage of slotless PMLSM, magnetizing current method was adopted to obtain equivalent current density of permanent magnet, however armature current was considered in practice. Magnetic vector potential was regarded as variables to gain solution of excitation magnetic field and armature response magnetic field. Through two-dimensional analytical method, air-gap magnetic flux density, thrust force, self-inductance, mutual inductance were computed. The finite element method (FEM) was confirmed agreement with analytical method, indicating the validity of analytical method.
