摘要
灵活性、强适应性和开放性是现代交流伺服系统控制器追求的目标,然而采用传统设计方法的控制器无法实现它。鉴于此,提出一种开放式可重构的控制器设计方法。控制器装备有网络接口,其每个控制环节有多种简单且易实现的控制策略。根据提出的基于性能要求的策略重构决策,上位机生成策略重构信息,并通过网络总线发送给控制器实现策略的重构。实验证明,这种开放式可重构的控制器设计方法是可行和有效的。
Flexibility, strong adaptability and openness are the goal of current AC servo systems ( AC- SS) controller. However, the ACSS with the convention control method can't satisfy it. Consequently, a design method of the openness reconfigurable controller were proposed in this paper, the controller had network interface, and each control loop within it consisted of some control strategies. According to strategy reconfiguration rules presented based on performance requirement in this paper, remote PC could form some messages in order to reconfigure control strategies of the controller, these messages could be sent to controller by network bus. The experiment result shows that the design method of the controller is reasonable and valid.
