摘要
提出在交流伺服系统软件中,对内置逻辑功能模块和NC指令模块采用整数运算以提高处理速度,使其与底层控制程序同周期执行。对NC指令模块几个模式进行了研究和设计;实验结果证明此方案切实可行。此项研究了实现了CNC系统和伺服系统底层的一体化,提高了系统的集成度和可靠性,大幅度缩短了指令周期,保证了控制精度,降低了系统硬件成本。
Proposed that the logical function module and the NC instruction module were inserted into AC servo system software. Integral operate was applied to improve their processing rate, made it can be finished in same cycle with control module. The working modes of NC instruction module were researched and designed. The experimental result proves this plan is feasible. The research makes a CNC system and a servo system to be integrated absolutely, enhances the system integration level and reliability, shortens the instruction cycle, ensures the control precision, and reduces the hardware cost.
