摘要 提出在Matlab/Simulink中采用S-函数对无刷直流电动机3相绕组梯形反电势、绕组端电压、星形连接中性点电压及电流反馈采集过程等难点进行建模;对转速、电流反馈采集回路的滤波电路用一阶延迟传递函数进行建模,模拟实际采集电路功能。仿真结果与实验数据的对比分析证明了该方法的有效性。该仿真控制系统提高了仿真计算效率,准确实现了对实际3相PWM端电压及由于换向造成的电枢电流动态变化的模拟。在此基础上对采用自适应方法实现速度控制进行了仿真,结果表明自适应控制系统具有很强的自适应能力。 A method of using S-function for modeling BLDCM control system had been proposed. In Matlab/Simulink, 3-phase back EMF, coil supply voltage, neutrality voltage and back current detecting modules of the motor had been built based on S-function, and to incure the fidelity of simulation, two first grade delay transfer function modules had been adopted to simulate the real signal detecting circuit in the control system. The validity had been testified by the contrast between simulation and experiment resuits. The simulation system has the advantage of high calculation efficiency and high accuracy to illustrate current ripples of the motor due to phase change. Based on the model, a IMRAC speed control system has been built and simulated. The simulation results show the good adaptive performance.
