摘要 介绍了等径角挤压工艺的工作原理和模具结构,综述了该工艺的国内外发展现状,分析了等径角挤压各工艺参数对晶粒组织和性能的影响,并指出等径角挤压工艺制备超细晶材料的发展方向。 The principle and die structure of equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) are briefly described and development of ECAP is viewed. Effects of processing parameters of ECAP on materials microstucture and mechanical properties are discussed and the bright prospects and directions of ultrafine-grained materials fabricated by ECAP are also indicated.
