Preparation and Characterization of Fe-Co Nanoalloy

摘要 以NaBH_4为还原剂,油酸为分散剂,采用液相还原法制备出了纳米Fe-Co合金,利用XRD、SEM和VSM对样品进行了表征。研究结果表明:在氮气保护下,500℃焙烧,样品由无定形态转化为晶态;颗粒呈球形,平均粒径为25nm;Fe-Co合金的抗氧化能力较强,在常温下不易被氧化;饱和磁化强度为90.4emu/g,矫顽力趋近于零,呈现超顺磁性。 Fe-Co nanoalloy is prepared by the liquid structures, particle features, oxidation behaviors and magnetic and VSM. The results show that when heated at 500℃ under phase reduction method with NaBH4 and oleic acid. The properties of the sample are investigated by XRD, SEM N2, the sample is converted from armphous alloy to crystal state. The nanoparticles are spherical and chainlike. The average particle size is 25nm. The sample is stable in air at room temperature. The saturation magnetization and coercives force are 90. 4emu/g and zero, respectively. The sample exhibits superaramagnetization at room temperature.
