摘要
采用硬脂酸对以硫酸氧钛为原料制备的载银纳米TiO_2粉体进行有机表面改性,研究了改性剂用量、改性剂浓度、改性时间、改性温度以及改性pH值的影响,利用红外谱图(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对粒子进行了表征,并检测了其抗菌性能。结果表明,最佳的改性条件下粉体的亲油化度值可达到66.3%,硬脂酸化学键合在粉体的表面,虽抗菌率略有下降,但仍能达到99.77%。
The organic surface modification of Ag loaded TiO2 by the stearic acid is investigated. The effects of the reagent amount, concentration, modification time, temperature and pH value are determined. The prepared samples are characterized by FT-IR, SEM techniques, and the antibacterial property is determined. The results show that the lipophilic degree reaches up to 66. 3% under optimal conditions. The stearic acid is bound on the surface of Ag loaded TiO2 by chemical bond. Although the antibacterial rate decreases slightly, it still achieves 99. 77%.
