摘要 利用偏铝酸钠溶液和二氧化碳气体的超重力法沉淀反应制备氧化铝的前驱体——氢氧化铝。经500℃热处理2h,粉体完全转化为γ-Al_2O_3,晶化比较完全;所得的前驱体粉末在高温下煅烧2h转化为θ-Al_2O_3、α-Al_2O_3。利用XRD和TEM等测试方法对产品进行分析表征,结果表明本法可制得纳米氧化铝粉末。该方法具有操作简单、能耗低、原材料利用率高、不会引入杂质等优点。 Nanosized aluminum hydroxide powders are prepared by the carbonation method from sodium aluminates solution and carbon dioxide in a rotating bed with helix channels. The pseudobohmite is transformed into γ- Al2O3 integratedly after calcinated at 500℃ for two hours. And calcinated at high temperature for two hours, powders are integrated into θ-Al2O3, α-Al2O3. The product is characterized by TEM and XRD. Compared with traditional chemical methods, this new method has the advantages of convermient operation, low energy consumption, high utilization rate of raw materials, and no impurity.
