摘要
以VulcanXC-72碳作为催化剂载体,采用分步化学沉积方法制备了碳黑担载的Pt-WO_3电催化剂。通过XRD、循环伏安等物理和电化学手段对催化剂样品进行了测试和表征,结果表明该催化剂具有更高的氧还原起始电位和峰值电位,表现出良好的电催化氧还原性能,可作为质子交换膜燃料电池阴极氧还原的电催化剂。
Appropriate catalyst materials are crucial for reducing the electrode reaction active energy, expediting the reaction rate and increasing the cell energy conversion efficiency of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). The Pt -WO3 electro-catalysts are prepared by chemical deposition onto the pretreated VulcanXC-72 carbon support, and the electro-catalysts are characterized by XRD and cyclic voltammetry. The Pt -WO3/C catalysts show high initial voltage and peak potential, which indicate that the catalysts have a good performance for electro-catalyzing oxygen reduction. As a result, it can be concluded that the Pt WO3/C electro-catalysts prepared are quite qualified to be used as the catalysts for PEMFC cathode.
