摘要
作为AgCdO材料的替代物,AgSnO_2材料具有更广阔的应用前景。介绍了AgSnO_2触头材料的发展情况、制备方法,简要描述了内氧化法与粉末冶金法制备AgSnO_2触头材料的优缺点并对AgSnO_2触头材料目前存在的主要问题进行了分析。在此基础上,对AgSnO_2触头材料的后加工方面进行了探讨,并展望AgSnO_2电触头材料的发展趋势。
As a substitute, AgSnO2 material has a broader application than AgCdO material. The development of AgSnO2 contact material and the methods of preparation are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the internal oxidation and the powder metallurgy are simply described. And the main problems currently are analyzed. On this basis, the post-processing of AgSnO2 contact material is discussed. Finally, the developing tendency of the contact material is viewed.
