摘要
以浓硫酸为插入剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂用化学方法制备出石墨插层化合物,并用微波进行了膨化。通过正交实验优化了制备工艺影响因素,得出了各因素对膨化率由强到弱的影响次序:反应时间,微波功率,H_2SO_4(g)用量,KMnO_4(g)用量。确定出最佳影响因素水平:反应时间1h,微波功率800W,H_2SO_4用量50g,KMnO_4用量4g。膨胀体积可以达到约400mL/g。并用XRD和EDS等技术对样品进行了表征。
Using sulfuracid as intercalation agent and potassium permanganate as oxidizer, the graphite intercalation compound is prepared by electrochemical method and is bulked in micro-wave oven. Reaction conditions are optimized by using orthogonal design, and the sequence of factors influencing the ratio of expansion is obtained, which was, from strong to weak, the reaction time, the power of micro-wave, the sulfuracid amount and the potassium permanganate amount. The optimum technical parameters were determined, namely, the reaction time 1h, the power of micro-wave 800W, the amount of sulfuracid 50g, the amount of potassium permanganate 4g. The largest expanding volume is 400mL/g. The graphite intercalation compound is characterized and analyzed by XRD and EDS techniques.
