摘要 海水淡化管线系统腐蚀泄漏给淡水生产带来巨大经济损失,经现场腐蚀泄漏管线的观测和归纳,泄漏基本发生在焊接处。对不锈钢管道焊缝及其附近区域进行深入腐蚀失效分析研究,通过化学成分分析、金相实验、腐蚀实验、X射线衍射物相分析、σ相鉴别等实验分析手段,得到其腐蚀失效机理。 The problem of corrosion leakage of seawater desalting pipe system caused great economic loss of freshwater supply. By the observation and eouclusion of corrosion leakage pipes at the scene, it's found the leakage places of seawater corrosion on pipe welding joint and zone nearby. In the paper, the seawater corrosion failure in the field of steel pipe welding joint and zone nearby is analyzed and researched. By means of the analysis of chemical elements,metallic phase experiments, corrosion rate experiments, phase analysis of X-ray diffraction, and σ phase discrimination etc, a corrosion failure mechanism of seawater desalting pipe welding joint and zone nearby is obtained.
