摘要
电磁悬浮熔炼是在依靠电磁力悬浮、加热合金的同时又搅拌熔液的一种材料熔炼技术。通过调节功率使A356铝合金分别在50A、70A、90A 3个不同输出电流下进行电磁悬浮熔炼,将所得试样与常规熔炼A356铝合金锭进行对比,分析该熔炼技术对A356铝合金显微组织和密度、硬度的影响。结果表明,电磁悬浮熔炼可以明显细化合金的微观组织,提高密度、硬度等性能,并且当输出电流为70A时,合金质量改善的效果最好。
Electromagnetic levitation melting is a new technology to levitate and heat alloy while stirring liquid by the electromagnetic force. In this paper,A356 aluminum alloys are melted with three output currents of 50A, 70A, 90A, respectively. Compared with the alloy made by the common melting method, the microstructnre and performance such as hardness and density are analyzed. It is showed that the microstructure is notably refined,and the hardness and density are increased due to the electromagnetic levitation melting. Moreover, when the output current is 70A, the improving effect of the alloy's quality is best.
