摘要
对AZ81镁合金铸锭进行(390±10)℃×15h的固溶处理后,在400℃进行挤压,挤压比为32:1,研究其组织和力学性能。结果表明,挤压AZ81镁合金具有较细的晶粒组织,第二相Mg_(17)Al_(12)被破碎,其分布变得弥散,个别呈流线分布;挤压AZ81镁合金比铸造AZ81镁合金的力学性能有较大提高,其屈服强度为221.6MPa,抗拉强度为311.5MPa,伸长率为14.2%。其挤压态断口表现出明显的塑性断裂特征。
The microstrueture and properties of AZ81 magnesium alloy treated by solid solution at (390±10)℃ for 15h are investigated by extruding with extrusion ratio of 32 : 1 at 400℃. The results reveal that the fine grains in the extruded AZ81magnesium alloy can be observed, in which the Mg17 Al12 phase is dispersively distributed due to its broken state,and some are in stream-flow distribution. Meanwhile, the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of extruded AZS1 magnesium alloy are 221.6 MPa, 311.5 MPa and 14. 2 %, respectively, which are apparently superior to those of as-cast ones. The second phase Mg17 Al12 has an important effect on the mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy. The character of fracture in extrusion state at room-temoerature is olastie fracture.
