针对卫生系统管理人才队伍建设观念落后,政策机制有待完善,后备人才严重匮乏,层次结构需要调整,缺乏长效培训体系,以及队伍理论政策水平欠缺,基本素质有待改善,创新意识亟待提升,驾驭能力尚嫌不足的现状,作者从深化政策机制改革、转变落后管理模式、加快卫生管理队伍职业化进程和建立管理人才终身教育培训体系等方面进行了探讨。
