恩度联合立体定向精确放疗治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤患者的观察与护理

目的评价恩度(医药名重组人血管内皮抑制素)联合立体定向精确放疗治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效,并探讨其护理要点。方法经病理学检查确诊为Ⅳ期恶性肿瘤患者20例,其中非小细胞肺癌12例、食道癌3例、肝癌5例,接受恩度联合立体定向精确放疗的治疗方案。治疗过程中,评价患者的治疗效果、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果全组病例中完全缓解1例,部分缓解3例,疾病稳定13例,疾病进展6例;生活质量改善者8例,病情稳定者11例,4例下降;出现的不良反应包括心悸(2/20)、恶心/呕吐(8/20)、腹泻(1/20)、白细胞下降(8/20)等。结论恩度与立体定向精确放疗联合使用具有一定协同作用,针对性的护理干预可以减轻患者的不良反应、改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量。
