摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩超在异位妊娠中的应用和诊断价值。方法对我院2006年3月至2008年6月收治的32例异位妊娠的彩超声像图及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例异位妊娠病例中,经手术、病理证实者30例,2例误诊,都为黄体破裂。结论经阴道超声检查使异位妊娠的诊断时间大大提前,从而减少失血性休克,降低死亡率,指导临床治疗有着极其重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the value of transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in clinical therapy.Methods Review analysis the clinical materials of 32 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosis by the transvaginal sonography from March, 2006 to June,2008 in my hospital.Results In the 32 patient,verified by the surgery and pathology was 30 patients,2 patients was not diagnosis for the rupture of corpus luteum.Conclusion Transvaginal sonography could make the diagnostic time of ectopic pregnancy more early,it can reduce shock due to blood loss and reduce mortality rate and guide clinical therapy.
