阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛疗效观察

Effects of Trimetazidine Plus Atorvastatin on Patients with Unstable Angina

目的观察曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的疗效。方法将137例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗及曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d;观察组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀10mg,1次/d。疗程6周后,比较2组疗效和血脂变化。结果观察组总有效率(93.8%)明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且血脂TG\LDL-C\TC等指标比对照组和治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果较好,不良反应轻微。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Trimetazidine plus Atorvastatin on Patients with Unstable Angina（UA）.Methods There were 137 UA patients divided into two groups,57 for control group（CG）and 80 for observing group（OG）.The patients in CG were treated with regular treatment and Trimetazidine 20mg tid but patients in OG were added Atorvastatin 10mg upon the treatment of CG members.The level of blood-lipid were tested and compared 6 weeks later.Results OG has significant higher effective rate （93.8%）than CG has（P〈0.01）.The levels of serum blood-lipid in patients of OG were significant lower than those of CG members （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Trimetazidine is safety and effectively on UA.
