重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗口腔溃疡42例

Treatment on 42 Cases of Oral ulcer with Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor

目的研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法把84例口腔溃疡患者随机分成两组,治疗组42例,用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子局部喷洒口腔溃疡创面;对照组42例,采用常规治疗方法。结果治疗组4d有效率为97.6%,对照组4d有效率为78.6%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对口腔溃疡的治疗具有显著疗效。

Objective To study the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on oral ulcer. Methods 84 patients with oral ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. The treated group including 42 patients was treated with bFGF,which was sprayed locally on the oral ulcer surface;the control group including 42 patients,which was treated only with routine treatment. Results In four days,the effective ra rio of the treated group was 97.6%,while that of the control group was 78.6%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion bFGF can treat oral ulcer effectively.
