摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区福永街道新入托儿童乙肝表面抗体(抗HBs)阳性率,并探讨疫苗接种后的效果,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法采静脉血,使用酶联免疫法(英科新创厦门有限公司)诊断试剂盒检测血清抗HBs。结果血清抗HBs阳性率为49.1%,对表抗阴性儿童接种乙肝疫苗一年后,阳性率达到81.5%。结论适时进行乙肝疫苗加强免疫对预防乙肝具有重要意义。
Objective To study the preschool children＇ hepatitis B surface antibody （anti-HBs） positive rate in fuyong streets of bao＇an district of Shenzhen city,and to explore the effects of post-vaccination for the development of prevention and control measures to provide the scientific basis. Methods Blood,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （the Yingke Xinchuang Co.,Ltd. Xiamen） diagnostic kit serum anti-HBs. Results The serum anti-HBs-positive rate was 49.1% ,on the negative list of anti-hepatitis B vaccination of children a year,the positive rate of 81.5%. Conclusion The hepatitis B vaccine in a timely manner to carry out immunization against hepatitis B prevention is of great significance.
